We are hiring a Functional Tester/Configuration Manager to work in Columbia, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.

Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conduct the configuration management process, including baseline change ticket management, configuration control board execution, and functional configuration updates
  • Coordinate baseline change documentation reviews
  • Develop training and instructional materials to supplement baseline change deployments
  • Conduct test events with Government stakeholders and facilitate approval of enhancements
  • Coordinate functional requirements gathering and provide input to design
  • Conduct configuration workshops and provide input to existing configuration management process
  • Complete and maintain configuration
  • Develop test scripts
  • Conduct internal testing, data seeding, and test preparation for Government Acceptance Test events
  • Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution
  • Provide functional support for deployment activities

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events desired
  • Minimum of 2 years in procurement software desired
  • Experience in configuration management desired
  • Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, to include requirements, design, and training documents desired
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience briefing, to include executive meetings, organization, and multiple stakeholder groups

Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates will need to be able to commute to multiple work facilities, remain in a stationary position for periods of time, and be able to communicate with and work side by side with co-workers.
